TEV Plow

On a trip-edge plow only the cutting edge folds back when it hits something low; the moldboard stays planted. That means less snow spills over the blade on small obstacles and a cleaner scrape — compared with a full-trip plow, where the whole moldboard tips.

The TEV's moldboard is 304 stainless steel with AR450 hardened cutting edges, offered in 8'2" and 9'2" widths. Stainless holds up well to Maine's road salt.

The TEV is Boss's trip-edge V-plow and comes in stainless only. The DXT uses dual trip, comes in steel, poly or stainless, and can be ordered with D-Force down pressure, which the TEV doesn't offer. If you mostly plow smooth commercial pavement and want the cleanest scrape, the TEV is a great fit.

The TEV is built for 3/4- and 1-ton pickups like the Ram 2500/3500, Ford F-250/F-350 and Silverado or Sierra HD. We confirm your exact truck and its mount before ordering.

Separately purchased parts and accessories are covered for 1 year, parts only. The warranty applies to the original buyer from an authorized dealer like us and doesn't transfer to a later owner — one more reason to buy new from a dealer.
