Yes. The EXT runs at 8' for travel and tight spots, then extends to 10' at the push of a button. Each wing moves independently, so you can widen just one side.

It's a parking-lot plow. The extra width clears big open areas in fewer passes, and the wings can angle forward to carry snow like a box instead of spilling it off the ends.

The EXT is designed for 3/4- and 1-ton pickups. At roughly 970 lb it's one of the heavier straight blades, so we confirm your truck's front axle rating before you buy.

Yes. Every Boss truck plow attaches to an undercarriage built for your specific truck. Most full-size Boss plows use the RT3 undercarriage, which also means one plow can move between RT3-equipped trucks in a fleet. The HTX, Heavy-Duty and Drag Pro each use their own undercarriage. We match the mount to your year, make and model as part of the install.

Complete Boss plows and spreaders carry Boss's 2-year limited warranty covering parts and labor from the date of purchase. Separately purchased parts and accessories are covered for 1 year, parts only. The warranty applies to the original buyer from an authorized dealer like us and doesn't transfer to a later owner — one more reason to buy new from a dealer.
